                                <strong>Non-Refundable Fees:</strong> Please note that all fees associated with your account are non-refundable.
                                This applies regardless of the extent to which you use the services.

                                <strong>Payment Obligation:</strong> As a subscriber, you are responsible for all payments under your
                                subscription plan when due. This responsibility remains even if the services are not actively used.

                                <strong>Deactivating Service:</strong> To discontinue your payments and deactivate the services, a written
                                notification to Paytym HR Automated is required. Please specify the precise date for the intended deactivation

                                <strong>Payment Processing:</strong> We do not collect or store payment details on our platform. All payment
                                transactions are securely processed through our third-party Internet Payment Gateway
                                provider(s).
