Paytym HR Automated Terms of Use

Agreement to Terms

By using Paytym’s HR and Payroll automation software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, we understand and respect your decision to not use our services.

Describing Our Service
  • Functionalities: Paytym HR Automated offers comprehensive HR functions and Payroll processing through its automated and integrated web and mobile platforms.

  • Service Availability: Please check if Paytym HR Automated is available in your country by contacting us.

Using the Service
  • Subscription and Account Creation: To use Paytym HR Automated, you need to subscribe and create an employer account. This is the first step to accessing our services.

Account Security
  • Maintain Confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and secure.

  • Report Unauthorized Use: If there’s any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at Paytym HR Automated.

  • Responsibility for Account Activities: You are accountable for all activities under your account.

Paytym HR Automated's Rights
  • Account Management: Paytym HR Automated reserves the right to inactivate or remove any account at our sole discretion.

Accuracy of Information
  • Data Integrity: We rely on you to provide accurate and lawful data. Content violating our policies and standards may be removed.

Subscription and Payment Terms
  • Subscription-Based Access: Paytym HR Automated’s services are accessible on a subscription basis. This ensures continuous, seamless access to our HR and Payroll automation services.

  • Fee Structure: You will be billed a monthly fee on a post-pay basis for using the services, alongside an additional fee corresponding to the number of registered and activated employees under your account.   • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that all fees associated with your account are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the extent to which you use the services.

  • Payment Obligation: As a subscriber, you are responsible for all payments under your subscription plan when due. This responsibility remains even if the services are not actively used.

  • Deactivating Service: To discontinue your payments and deactivate the services, a written notification to Paytym HR Automated is required. Please specify the precise date for the intended deactivation of your account in your correspondence.

  • Payment Processing: We do not collect or store payment details on our platform. All payment transactions are securely processed through our third-party Internet Payment Gateway provider(s).

Service Deactivation
  • Our Discretion: Discretion: We reserve the right to deactivate accounts if necessary for any reason. However, any outstanding payments up to the date of deactivation by Paytym HR Automated must still be fulfilled and will remain your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

At Paytym HR Automated, we aim to deliver excellent service, but it's important to note that our liability is limited:

  • Liability Exclusions: We cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Service.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete and exclusive understanding between you and Paytym HR Automated regarding the use of Paytym HR Automated’s services, superseding all previous agreements, both written and oral.
