These permissions are requested when necessary for specific functions within the app. You can grant or deny these permissions during the initial app installation or later through your device settings. We only access and use these features for the intended HR and payroll functions, such as uploading documents, or enabling location-based clock-ins. You can modify these permissions at any time through your device settings.

  • Fee Structure: You will be billed a monthly fee on a post-pay basis for using the services, alongside an additional fee corresponding to the number of registered and activated employees under your account.   • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that all fees associated with your account are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the extent to which you use the services.

  • Payment Obligation: As a subscriber, you are responsible for all payments under your subscription plan when due. This responsibility remains even if the services are not actively used.

  • Deactivating Service: To discontinue your payments and deactivate the services, a written notification to Paytym is required. Please specify the precise date for the intended deactivation of your account in your correspondence.

  • Payment Processing: We do not collect or store payment details on our platform. All payment transactions are securely processed through our third-party Internet Payment Gateway provider(s).

Service Deactivation
  • Our Discretion: Discretion: We reserve the right to deactivate accounts if necessary for any reason. However, any outstanding payments up to the date of deactivation by Paytym must still be fulfilled and will remain your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

  • Liability Exclusions: We cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Service.
